Privacy Notice

This Business Health Check collects your contact details, business information, and questionnaire answers to generate and deliver a personalised report.

How we use your data

We use your data to produce the report, send it to your email address, and support follow-up by the operator. We may also retain submission records for audit and support purposes. If you start the questionnaire but do not finish it, we may store the contact details and partial responses you have entered so the operator can follow up and offer assistance.

Retention

Completed submission data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it may be deleted or anonymised. Unfinished questionnaire records are retained for up to 60 days by default, after which they may be deleted.
